Donic Blue Grip C1 - What a weapon!
With the
two new Blue Grip C rubbers, Donic is making an attempt to further differentiate their company from the competition on the market. The two Blue Grip C rubbers produce exceptional playing characteristics with a special composition that
combines the advantages of European and Chinese rubbers.
The
Blue Grip C1 from Donic represents the faster and harder version and sets new standards with its speed and incredible dynamics. The sponge is enormously hard with 60° and therefore also weighs relatively much (90 grams). Despite the degree of hardness, the rubber behaves in a relatively dynamic way and seems not too hard. The
pronounced catapult effect, which is known from most rubbers stemming from a European production, of course makes the C1 easier to generate a lot of speed with comparatively little effort.
The properties of the topsheet, on the other hand, are more reminiscent of a classic Chinese rubber. The surface is sticky, which gives the Donic Blue Grip C1 an
extraordinary amount of grip. This makes it possible to create an arc-shaped ball trajectory despite the high ground speed. Therefore, the
powerful, uncompromising game close to the table combined with hard, rotation-rich attacks is the destiny of the new BlueGrip C1.
Please bear in mind that a certain skill level is necessary in order to be able to fully exploit the offensive potential of this rubber (and to be able to control / master it)!
