Donic Burn Blades

The Donic Burn Blades with Thermic Burned Technology

A significant influence on the playing characteristics of the three blades from the Burn series by Donic is the so-called Thermic Burned Technology. In this process, the veneers are dried at 200 degrees for 24 hours during production. This removes a large portion of moisture from the wood while significantly increasing the stability of the veneers. Only expensive tropical woods usually have a similar hardness. The three blades of the series all consist of the same five veneers (Mahogany, Awan, Kiri, Awan, Mahogany), but differ in the thickness of the Kiri core veneer.
