With the new Tibhar Fortinoblades Tibhar was able to introduce three high-end products to the market, which exhibit very special gaming properties. All three blades were designed for a more offensive gaming system. However, there are still substantial differences between the three Fortino table tennis blades. The innovative character of the Tibhar Fortino blades
To set yourself apart from competing products, Tibhar uses a very special high-end fabric in their Fortino blades. This is made of two components: Carbon and so called Dyneema. When combining these two materials, the result is a very high stability, which positively influences the gaming properties of the blades.
For maximum penetration and power: The Tibhar Fortino Pro
The Tibhar Fortino Pro is made of 7 layers (veneers), is extremely powerful, and is the fastest blade within this series. The high-end fabric of this blade is integrated directly below the outer veneers. This results in much stability, which significantly reduces disturbing vibrations.
Furthermore, the Fortino Pro blade from Tibhar as an enlarged sweet spot area, and a hard touch of the ball. The composition and structure of the Fortino Pro is the ideal basis for an aggressive attacking game characterized by dynamical topspins, explosive shots, and powerful blocks as well as counters with much pressure. Due to the overall high basic speed, however, a certain level of experience is necessary in order to be able to optimally control this blade.
Fast and precise: The Tibhar Fortino Force
Although the Tibhar Fortino Force is clearly slower and easier to control than the Tibhar Fortino Pro, it is still an offensive blade which is relatively hard, and exhibits quite some penetration power. This is mainly due to the smart selection of the veneers, and due to the position of the Carbon-Dyneema fabric within the blade.
The Carbon-Dyneema fabric is located directly on top of the core (inner) veneer, and causes an even bounce behavior as well as a minimization of vibrations at the point of ball contact. The result of such a structure is that there is a direct gaming behavior, perfect for quick attacks and powerful blocks. However, the Tibhar Fortino Force has still room for sensitive strokes, e.g. when playing serves or returns.
Perfect for a variable and offensive style: The Tibhar Fortino Performance
The Tibhar Fortino Performance causes a very balanced and sensitive (much feeling) gaming behavior. This TT blade is clearly slower compared to the Force and Pro. The Performance mediates a good ball feedback and much control during all strokes you do. Hence, strokes which are important for a variable attacker go off the hand quite easily and in a very precise manner.
As it is the case with all Fortino blades, the brilliant high-tech fabric significantly increases their stability. The Fortino Performance as a whole is perfectly aligned to a controlled offensive, and the core veneer of this blade is made of light Balsa wood. Hence, despite the fact that there are 9 layers in total, the Performance optimally lies in the hand.
Conclusion on the series "Tibhar Fortino" blades
The Tibhar Fortino blades not only appeal visually (great looks!), but also because they are reasonably graduated within such an offensive blade series. In terms of the Fortino Performance, the needs of players who are searching for the best possible compromise between speed and control are optimally considered.
The Fortino Force is designed for a fast attacking game. Because of placing the Carbon inlay directly on top of the core veneer, there is still good control for your serves and/or returns.
The fastest blade within this series is the Fortino Pro. Because the Carbon inlay is placed directly below the outer ply (next to other things), the overall construction is very hard and direct. This blade is recommended for pure attackers only.
