This table tennis adhesive sheet is suitable for mounting table tennis rubbers. The use of such an adhesive sheet is particularly recommended when mounting pips or table tennis rubbers with a thin sponge. If pips without sponge are mounted with regular glue, the pips rubber deforms and creates waves. The adhesive sheet is simply applied without this negative effect.
The adhesive sheet has no negative impact on the playing properties of the rubber. The sheet and the rubber attached with it adhere immediately after mounting, allowing you to start playing right away. The rubber adhesive sheet can be easily removed from the blade. However, there is:
Recommendation: Seal the blade well before using the adhesive sheet (better to apply two layers for safety)
An adhesive sheet should only be used once. If the pips or the rubber (also possible, but most use glue for mounting) are removed, the optimal adhesive effect of the table tennis adhesive sheet is no longer present.
Instructions for use:
- Remove the backing paper
- Neatly apply the adhesive sheet to the blade
- Trim the sheet flush with the blade
- Remove the backing paper from the sheet
- Neatly apply the rubber to the sheet/blade
- Press lightly with a roller or arm
- Trim the rubber
- Note on removal when the rubber is "worn out": Always remove adhesive sheet & rubber together!
