This blade consists of five select plies, weighs just under 84g, and has a 16 cm x 15.8 cm blade size. (Height x Width)Compared to many other blades, however, there are only the straight and flared handle shapes to choose from. The special playing characteristics of the Sauer & Tröger Firestarter are ensured by the innovative CBIF gluing. With this, the plies are glued so that the forehand side plays faster (Speed: 46 / Control: 101) than the backhand side (Speed: 40 / Control: 115), which ensures higher ball security.
