The
Donic Defplay Senso is a defensive table tennis blade which meets the increasing demands defending table tennis players have. For this reason, the Defplay Senso is a very special defensive blade because it exhibits
two highly elastic outer veneers (made of anegre, and gaben).
Compared to allround blades, the head of the Senso has an
enlarged surface (3mm larger in diameter). Hence, vibrations are reduced to a minimum whilst control is increased.
Considering the
Donic Defplay Senso, Donic was able to create a table tennis blade which offers an incredible amount of control when playing defending strokes. This blade provides the
pure joy of playing! Because of the integrated Senso-Technology located in the handle (V3 cavity that increases the dampening effect), the overall weight is reduced. In total, there are 5 veneers exhibiting an overall weight of 85 g. As already mentioned, during defending strokes one has an incredible control. During attacking strokes, one easily gets surprised by astonishing dynamics (considering, however, that this is a defensive blade)!
In case you are a pure allrounder, we recommend you to make a decision between the
Donic Waldner Allplay, and the
Donic Appelgren Allplay.
As the name already suggests, the
Defplay Senso is intended for a pure defensive player. This TT blade was used for a concrete product recommendation, and is suitable for the gaming style defense (or the safe game) mainly relying on techniques such as spin(ny) defenses, chopped balls, and occasional counter attacks.
