Xiom Novus Strato - more Speed, more Feel

Fundamentally, the Xiom Novus Strato is quite similar to other carbon blades. However, the Strato is equipped with the newly developed Energy Carbon layers. This makes this table tennis blade a bit ahead in terms of speed, but also feel!

The Xiom Strato also features improved energy efficiency due to the Energy Carbon. This is because the entire blade generally has lower damping, making it more direct and really stiff. Thus, strokes are possible that have even more power, are faster, and offer more penetrating force.

Kiso-Hinoki originally occurs in central Japan. The Hinoki tree can grow up to about 40 m high, with a trunk diameter of 1-3 m. The Hinoki wood is medium-heavy (density: 440 kg/m3), quite firm (modulus of elasticity: 9,000 N/mm2), and medium-hard (Janka hardness: 550). The Hinoki used for this blade comes from controlled cultivation and controlled quality. All these properties ensure that Hinoki table tennis blades are very pleasant and also offer a pleasant feel and good control. This is especially true for the Strato, as it has Kiso-Hinoki as the outer veneer, and thus is close to the ball.

All the aforementioned properties make the Xiom Novus Strato a blade for the attacker (Off), who scores with direct, hard, but also controllable topspins close to the table (or from mid-distance).
