Victas Fire Fall AC - In this family, there is nothing faster than the AC!
As it is the case with all Victas Fire Fall blades, also the Victas Fire Fall AC is reinforced with two synthetic fiber layers. The name of those layers correspond to the last two letters: AC stands for Aramid Carbon. AC is located on either side surrounding the core veneer. Aramid Carbon offers various interesting features, which significantly and positively influence the overall behavior of the Victas Fire Fall AC.Similar to "normal" Carbon (made of the element C), Aramid Carbon is a very light material, but at the same time it is extremely strong! Hence, the whole blade is considerably stiffer compared to blades not containing such synthetic fibers. The increased stability clearly reduces unpleasant vibrations when the ball hits the racket. Therefore, there is a clearer feedback and control. When receiving and returning serves, for example, this is a very important feature! Due to the vibration-eliminating effect, the area of the blade exhibiting positive and homogeneous properties is enlarged. This is known as a larger sweet spot (area), which may also result in a reduced rate of avoidable errors.
Of course, there are also other features promoted by Aramid Carbon: The blade is considerably faster, with increased accelerations. Hard shots, fast & spinny topspins, or short-short rallies (close to the table or from the mid distance) particularly benefit from these characteristics! So all in all, the above-mentioned properties make the Fire Fall AC from Victas the perfect blade for a highly dynamical, extremely fast, but still precise table tennis game!
