These reinforcements are located directly above the 4.0 mm thick core veneer made of balsa. This lightweight veneer ensures the low overall weight of the blade, just under 85g. Directly above the carbon layers are two layers of 0.6 mm thin limba veneer.The carbon layers offer high speed potential, which comes into play during powerful attacking shots. This allows for effective topspins and explosive shots that will earn you some points. Of course, even such fast and hard blades must provide the necessary ball feel for controlled strokes.
