Andro Rasanter R37 - A soft rubber with extreme spin and great control!
Similarly to all rubbers from the Andro Rasanter R series, also the
Andro Rasanter R37 is
perfectly attuned to the new plastic ping pong balls. As you might already know, these 40+ balls exhibit a bit less rotation and they are slightly slower compared to the celluloid balls. This is compensated by a
thick sponge (ultra-max: 2.3mm) and an even
stickier and tackier topsheet. Hence, the transition from celluloid balls to plastic balls will be less problematic for you.
Within the Andro Rasanter R series, the
Andro Rasanter R-37 exhibits the
softest sponge (37°). This sponge provides a
great ball safety for each stroke you are doing. It also provides another positive feature: Even in case you do not optimally hit the ball, this table tennis rubber is capable of
"forgiving" technical errors.
The
topsheet of this Andro rubber is, as already mentioned,
extremely catchy and tacky. It is also
very thin (1.7mm). Furthermore, the structures of the
pimples are very compact and solid. Due to the rubber, the movement of the paddle is directly transferred toward the ball. These are the reasons as to why the
Andro Rasanter R37 is
extremely spinny, no matter what kind of spin you need. Therefore, especially when doing topspins, the
trajectory of the ball is higher. This will cause quite some problems for your opponent.
Andro Rasanter r37 - Brief summary
Do you also rely on
much ball safety when playing ping pong? Do you prefer
very spinny and rotational strokes when attacking? In these cases, the
Andro Rasanter R-37 is indeed worth a recommendation! With this rubber and its spinny balls, you can cause much trouble for your opponents - no matter what the situation. In case you desire a bit more speed and dynamics (whilst still relying on great control!), we recommend you to consider the ultra-max sponge. As you can see, the
Andro Rasanter R37 is suitable for the
allround plus (ALL+) and
offensive minus (OFF-) gaming style.
Andro has introduced four different versions within the
Andro Rasanter R series. The R stands for rotation, symbolizing the highly rotational properties of these table tennis rubbers. The following overview is a brief summary including the links to the corresponding product descriptions:
- Andro Rasanter R37: This rubber has the softest (37°) sponge within this series. It is designed for allround players who are using different versions of spin. Style: All+ / Off-.
- Andro Rasanter R42: Slightly harder sponge (42°), still good control. Good acceleration & safety. Hence, a rubber suitable for the variable offensive (OFF-).
- Andro Rasanter R47: Again harder than the Andro Rasanter R42 (47°). Suitable for the pure offensive and for players who use this rubber to exert pressure on their opponents no matter what the situation. Style: OFF.
- Andro Rasanter R50: For the uncompromising offensive! Great for the game close to the table, with much pressure and offensiveness. This rubber supports short stroke movements. Sponge hardness: 50°! Style: OFF+!
In case you prefer a rubber with a slightly more elastic topsheet, you are recommended to consider the Andro Rasanter rubbers with the velocity-topsheet (V-topsheet, also called V-series).
