You have your own ideas about how your racket should be built, and look like? You want to have individually customized rubbers and/or a blade? Well, in this case, our racket configurator is the perfect tool for you!
You probably know that nowadays, the choice and possibilities to select two rubbers and one blade are enormous. Once you have made your decision, the next question arises: How can I combine two (possibly very different) rubbers, and any specific blade? For this purpose, TT-SHOP.COM developed the so called bat (or racket) configurator.
And this is how the bat configurator works:
First, choose your blade. The blade is the heart of each table tennis racket, and is a major part of its gaming behavior. The following link contains all blades we offer, sorted by brands:
- Table tennis blades: Choose your brand, and check out the manufacturer specifications. you can also find information regarding speed, control, weight, and price.
When clicking on green (font) products, you can choose whether the rubbers shall be mounted or not. Choosing table tennis rubbers (next to the blade, the rubbers are also extremely important to optimize the racket according to your gaming style) follows the same proceedings. Our rubbers can be found here:

The legendary classic: Joola Samba
One of the most popular and best known classic from the house of Joola is the Joola Samba! This table tennis rubber is a classic, durable rubber made in Japan with no integrated speed-gluing effect. The topsheet is very catchy, the sponge is soft (38°), yellow, and made of natural rubber. These ingredients result in an extremely sensitive gaming behavior. One strength of the rubber is its safe passive game, which also allows occasional attacks with a good amount of spin. The Samba rubber from Joola "forgives" errors and is, hence, perfect for a safe allround game or the controlled offensive (Off-).The modern feeling of speed-gluing: Joola Samba Plus
The Joola Samba Plus is the modern up-to-date of the Joola Samba. In cooperation with Jörg Rosskopf, this rubber was developed in order to unite the classical gaming characteristics of the Joola Samba with an integrated speed-gluing effect. The result is impressive: The Joola Samba Plus is spin-optimized and made in Germany! These characteristics are the basis for the ingenious gaming behavior this table tennis rubber exhibits. This also includes the orange-colored, medium-pored, soft (35°) sponge. Taking now also into consideration that the topsheet is very catchy, this rubber offers optimal control when doing passive strokes, much rotation when doing openers, and an incredible sound when doing hard strokes. The Samba Plus from Joola is similarly durable as the "regular" Samba, and is also suitable for a safe and spinny game.Maximum rotation: The Joola Samba Tech
The Samba Tech from Joola is the further development of the Samba Plus. The yellow, coarse-pored, and harder (37.5°) sponge results in a slightly elevated overall speed. Furthermore, there is a new topsheet with an optimized catchiness. These characteristics result in faster and spinnier attacks when using the Joola Samba Tech. Especially when doing rotational attacks, the prolonged ball contact time becomes evident because you can generate more spin. All in all, the Joola Samba Tech is still easy to play with a good control. Hence, this rubber is a great choice for an active allround game (ALL+) or the controlled offensive (OFF-).The balanced Japanese: Joola Samba 19
The Joola Samba 19 is a perfectly balanced rubber with a Japanese rubber technology. A blue, 41° sponge and a catchy topsheet round off this product and provide not only good control, but also a good ball feedback, much rotation, and an effective catapult effect. This guarantees a pronounced ball safety when doing passive strokes, but also the chance to make your free decision of whether using soft or more powerful attacks. These characteristics are very appealing for ping pong players relying on a controlled but also effective offensive!The dynamical version: Joola Samba 27
The Joola Samba 27 is clearly different from the four above-mentioned table tennis rubbers. Although the Samba 27 is also made in Japan (just like the Samba 19 and the "normal" Samba), this rubber is equipped with a hard (48°) and red sponge. Hence, its gaming behavior is more direct, the rubber is considerably faster, and harder. When doing an active topspin game close to the table, the Joola Samba 27 develops great dynamics so you can exert much pressure on your opponent. Despite the power of this table tennis rubber, you can precisely dose the speed and spin resulting in a good control, too.Summary on the Joola Samba rubbers
The Joola Samba rubber series comprises one classical rubber, three different allround / offensive minus rubbers, and one powerful rubber for attacks.
